Manger sur le Pouce

Exhibition Off - Design Biennale of Saint-Etienne 2015

The project “Manger sur le pouce” was presenting the school activity during the International Biennale

of Design. In our sandwich shop, we invited people to participate in the making of their meal, applying processes similar to the ones used at school, in a collaborative and sharing dynamic. There are three menus, each one corresponding to a particular workshop. One can use a hammer to make his crumble, thermoform his cheese or imprint his pancake. Through this new vision of snacking and fast-food, we value the lunch eaten on the go. Food becomes a way to talk about our student activity and share our work with a large audience.
